Our 2011 shareholder resolution with Anadarko requested the company to publish a report on the environmental risks of fracking and policy options the company can adopt to mitigate these risks. In a subsequent dialogue, Anadarko agreed to make a public statement on the companies website to improve their transparency around fracking policies and to continue a dialogue with As You Sow on these issues. In response, we agreed to withdraw our resolution.
