Susan Honea is a Communications Consultant with As You Sow and has more than 25 years experience in corporate training and communications, focusing in healthcare, education, and financial services. Susan’s work with As You Sow includes editing the 2020 Proxy Review contributor articles; the 2020 Shareholder Impact Report; Smoke & Mirrors, which focused on the inclusion of tobacco stocks in healthcare company retirement plans; and Waste & Opportunity, which focused on plastic packaging trends.

Susan is the co-founder of Tip of the Writeberg, a copyediting and publishing company, and of SMC Innovations, a bookkeeping, accounting, and tax firm. In addition, Susan regularly teaches college-level writing courses and manages experiential learning projects for a boutique coaching and consulting firm. She spends her spare time reading and volunteering in local non-profits.
