Rehana Nathoo and Stefan Kürbis Join As You Sow Board of Directors

EL CERRITO, CA—April 7, 2026—Today, the As You Sow Board of Directors and staff welcome two new members to our Board of Directors: Rehana Nathoo, Founder and CEO of Spectrum Impact, and Stefan Kürbis, a sustainability executive with extensive corporate ESG leadership experience. Their appointments bring deep expertise in impact investing, ESG strategy, and global corporate sustainability to As You Sow at a critical moment for shareholder advocacy.
Rehana Nathoo is the Founder and CEO of Spectrum Impact, a boutique consulting firm that supports organizations looking to expand their impact investing and ESG footprint. She has led the design, execution, and administration of impact investing and sustainability programs at the Case Foundation, Bank of New York Mellon, Rockefeller Foundation, and the UN Capital Development Fund. Rehana is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University’s Global Human Development Program, teaching Impact Investing and Social Finance in Emerging Markets. She currently serves as a Board Member at Greenwheel (Redwheel), Realize Capital Partners, and Amplify Capital.

Stefan Kürbis is a seasoned sustainability executive with a proven track record of embedding ESG principles into a global business strategy. He has led cross-functional initiatives in climate action, environmental compliance, human and labor rights, sustainable supply chain management, and corporate governance. Stefan has chaired environmental sustainability committees and overseen global programs in Environmental Health & Safety, ISO certification, and enterprise‑wide sustainability initiatives focused on integrating ESG into product development and operations. His work has included launching audited GHG emissions reporting and advancing supplier engagement on ESG performance.
