Staff Attorney

Luke Morgan was a Staff Attorney working across As You Sow's programs. Before joining As You Sow, Luke completed federal judicial clerkships at the district and appellate levels, and served as a Fellow in the North Carolina Department of Justice's General Counsel's office, where he was involved in litigation at all levels of state and federal court. Luke is the author of several law review articles on constitutional law, with a particular focus on the First and Second Amendments. He holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. from Indiana University.
