BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that the Board commission an independent third party to prepare a report, at reasonable cost and excluding proprietary information, assessing whether the company’s policies and practices align with the rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining reflected in the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that The Brink’s Company publish a report, prepared at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary information, disclosing its employee retention rates by the categories the Company is currently required to track under applicable country or state laws, such as veteran status, age, gender, race, and disability status.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Newmont, at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary information, disclose an evaluation conducted by an independent third-party of the impacts of its operations on communities adjacent to mining operations wholly owned by the Company.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Coca-Cola issue a public report, at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary information, on the extent of the Company’s current diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that UPS, at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary information, disclose an evaluation conducted by an independent third-party of the impacts of its operations affecting BIPOC and low-income communities.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that PulteGroup issue a public report, at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary information, disclosing its diversity and inclusion policies and practices.
RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Berkshire Hathaway Inc., at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary information, publish a report disclosing the Board’s oversight framework for workforce and human-capital management across its operating subsidiaries.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Bloomin’ Brands Inc (“the Company”) publish annual reporting, prepared at reasonable cost and excluding proprietary information, disclosing its employee retention rates by the categories the Company is currently required to track under applicable state or federal laws, such as veteran status, age, gender, race, and disability status.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that the Board of Directors of Delta Airlines adopt and disclose a Non-Interference Policy (“Policy”) upholding the rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining in its operations, as reflected in the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that the Board of Directors report to investors about how and how often the Compensation Committee reviews the Company’s human capital management practices. It is also suggested that the Board describe for investors any changes in Company policy or practice related to human capital management the Board has suggested or directed within the last five years.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that the Board prepare and issue a report describing the research and analysis the Board undertook prior to making changes to its DEI policies and practices announced in August 2024. The disclosure should be done at reasonable expense, excluding proprietary or privileged information.

BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Sempra disclose an environmental justice report on the health and economic impacts that the Cameron LNG Phase I Facility has had on fenceline communities.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Arrow issue a public report on the effectiveness of the Company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that the Coca-Cola Board of Directors prepare and publish a report at least six months prior to the next Annual General Meeting, at reasonable expense, analyzing the negative impacts to our brand image, culture, customer base, and shareholder value of associating our brand with politically divisive events that contravene our publicly stated goals and public commitments.

RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Berkshire Hathaway designate a Board Committee to oversee the Company’s diversity and inclusion strategy across its holding companies.

BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Deere report publicly on the effectiveness of its efforts to create a meritocratic workplace where no one is excluded from contributing to the Company’s success because of an immutable characteristic, such as gender, race or ethnicity. The report should be done at reasonable expense, exclude proprietary information, and provide transparency on outcomes using quantitative metrics for workforce diversity, hiring, promotion, and retention of employees, including data by gender, race, and ethnicity.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that the Fox Corporation Board prepare and publish a report, excluding confidential information, assessing the potential negative social impact and risks to the Company from continuing to inadequately distinguish between Fox’s on-air news content and its opinion content, and the viability and benefits of providing public differentiation between its news and the entertainment-based nature of its non-news shows.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Cintas Corp. (Cintas) report to shareholders on the effectiveness of the Company's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (“T2”) report to shareholders on the effectiveness of the Company's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. The report should be done at reasonable expense, exclude proprietary information, and provide transparency on outcomes, using quantitative metrics for hiring, promotion, and retention of employees, including data by gender, race, and ethnicity.
BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Dell Technologies Inc. (Dell) report to shareholders on the effectiveness of the Company's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
