I currently work for HIP Investor, a San Francisco based sustainability ratings and asset management firm. I work as an Impact Investment Analyst, finding correlations between sustainability and Total Shareholder Return (TSR) and Risk/Volatility. At HIP we believe that companies which have implemented sustainable practices and strategies are better fit for long term growth and lower risk.

I currently live in Copenhagen, Denmark. I work remotely. Together with my boss who lives in Berlin, we work on Central European Time while the rest of the team is California based.

Working at As You Sow taught me how to critically evaluate the behavior of companies, and to seek tangible and quantifiable sustainable improvements. In other words, it taught me the value of transparent corporate communication, and that nothing else should be accepted by investors and civil society. It also taught me about the important role investors can have in shaping the direction of companies.
