BE IT RESOLVED:  Shareholders request that PepsiCo issue a report, at reasonable expense and omitting proprietary information, disclosing if and how the Company can incorporate pesticide use data in its regenerative agriculture program disclosures.

BE IT RESOLVED:  Shareholders request that Hershey issue a report, at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary information, disclosing the costs and benefits of including pesticide reduction goals as part of a regenerative agriculture program.

BE IT RESOLVED:  Shareholders request that ADM issue a report, at reasonable expense and omitting proprietary information, disclosing if and how the Company can incorporate pesticide use data reporting in its regenerative agriculture program disclosures.

BE IT RESOLVED:  Shareholders request that Johnson & Johnson issue a public report, at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary information, disclosing if and how the Company plans to manage the environmental and health risks associated with PFAS chemicals in its products.

BE IT RESOLVED:  Shareholders request that Tyson issue a report, at reasonable expense and omitting proprietary information, disclosing any steps the Company is taking to address environmental and human health harms from waste lagoons in its owned facilities and its pork supply chain.

BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that General Mills disclose, at reasonable expense and omitting proprietary information, the reduction of pesticides achieved through adoption of its regenerative agriculture practices.

BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Kraft Heinz assess and report on the costs and benefits of including pesticide reduction goals as part of an effective regenerative agriculture program.

BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Procter and Gamble issue a public report, at reasonable cost and omitting proprietary information, disclosing how the Company manages the environmental and health risks associated with PFAS chemicals in its products.
